Administrator account lost permissions/rights

The trial account comes with a default Administrator role. You don't need to create another admin role

There is one problem i.e when we created another role say staff then also it creates problem i.e admin module disappears.

Please read this steps carefully.

(To prevent yourself from being locked out,do the following;
1) Make sure you are a member of the administrator group
2) The administrator group must be the first group you configure access rule.
3) The "Admin" rule must be the first rule you edit.)

I went through the logs on your account to see how you tried to do the access rules, YOU DID NOT DO STEP 1 !! . You are not a member of the administrator group, which is why you've been having issues.

Please add yourself to the administrator group before proceeding with creating access rules.

As directed by you I had added my admin user to the administrator group.
then we get my home and admin module. that is ok.

but sir when I created another role i.e staff to add normal users into it then it shows error i.e "YOU DONT HAVE ENOUGH PERMISSIONS".

please guide us what to do now???

Also give the admin full access to "Core Applications".

I added a contact using CRM module but I dont want to share this contact with other normal users and only admin can view that contact on searching thats why I didnot checked the SHARE checkbox.
but this contact shows to other users also on searching.

sir please guide us what to do????

I have created one form using workflow feature and publish that form .
but for creating the hierarchy we created the sections, and after creating the sections it asks us for the approval and i click on the approve this request but error occurs i.e "FORM DOESNOT EXIST PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER FORM".

please guide us
