AD User looses profile settings after logging off

I set the email address to be the same, but I still get the same issue.
Also note when i make any changes and the user logs in again, a new user is created in Precurio users database.
just as a note i have a domain name <domain>.local as my LDAP server and xx.co.ke as my email domain.
What do i do with the repeated records in p2_users DB?

Found where the problem was.
As mentioned above, I have 2domains (Internal-<domain>.local and External-<email>.co.ke).
To login I have to use user@<domain>.local.
Just to clarify, I was using <domain>/user which I think didn't match AD records.
