What's new in Version 2.1

1. Widgetized Home Page:  
   The Precurio intranet homepage is now more personalised and engaging with the newly integrated widgets platform that turns the entire intranet homepage into a container for user configurable widgets. 
   
   These widgets are easy to install, enable and disable, and what’s more, they could even be from other software vendors or developed in house.
   Currently available widgets include Task Reminder, My Profile, Quick Poll, Recent Contents, Featured Article, Intranet Ads, Company Links, Staff of the Day, Portal Updates, Suggested Contents and Group Resources.

2. Forums:  
   We have now included a new module to facilitate collaboration on the intranet through online discussions and also promote knowledge sharing. The forums application provides an organisation with a valuable source of information, capturing knowledge so that future employees can learn from previous experiences.
   
   
3. Anonymous Users:  
   With this new feature, you can make certain parts of your intranet accessible to guests. For example, you could decide to make your Events page accessible to external users who do not have login details. This feature gives your intranet some extranet-like capabilities.

4. Multilingual Support:  Finally, we have fully implemented multilingual support on Precurio. Version 2.1 includes the Spanish language (special thanks to Rodrigo Vazquez for helping with the Spanish translation).

5. New Theme:  Broadcast your intranet upgrade with a brand new theme. Our new theme, called Maxi is built on the Midnight theme and so offers the same classical outlook but with a more attractive feel.

6. Lots of minor improvements and fixes:  
   We are constantly working on making Precurio better and more engaging. Version 2.1 also includes lots of minor improvements and bug fixes.
